Bedrooms and rooms: Upstairs there are four bedrooms - one double bedroom with a double bed and three triple bedrooms, each with a double bed and one single bed.
Bathrooms and toilets:
Ground floor - bathroom with shower and toilet.
Upper floor - separate bathroom with shower and a separate toilet.
Heating: Tiled stove capable of heating the entire cottage, plus electric heaters. The ground-floor bathroom has underfloor heating.
Transport and parking: Parking is available directly next to the cottage. Snow chains are recommended in winter.
Cottage amenities
The ground floor combines the kitchen, dining area and living room into one spacious open-plan area centred around a tiled fireplace stove. The living area has a comfortable corner sofa, coffee table and smart internet-connected TV. The dining area has a large table for 12 people and opens onto a spacious summer terrace. The kitchen includes an induction hob, electric oven, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, sandwich maker and dishwasher. A second refrigerator with freezer is located in the pantry. The ground floor also has a bathroom with shower and toilet, plus a utility room with a heated boot dryer for 15 pairs of shoes and storage for ski equipment.

Operation, fees and prices
The accommodation price does not include the local municipal fee of CZK 20 per day per adult or electricity consumption, which is charged according to actual use. Heating costs can be reduced significantly by using the fireplace, while also creating a pleasant atmosphere.
Bed linen, hand towels in the bathroom and toilet, kitchen towels, final cleaning, firewood and dishwasher capsules are included in the price.
Guests are asked to carry out basic cleaning at the end of the stay - sweep the floors, wash dishes and, if necessary, clean the sink and kitchen worktop.
Arrival and departure times:
Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 10:00. Please respect these times. If your arrival time changes unexpectedly, contact us immediately at info@roubenkabartosovice.cz.
Payment:
Please make your booking through the web form.
After submitting a booking request, you will receive payment information by email. A deposit of 50% of the accommodation price is due within three days to the specified bank account. The reservation is confirmed once the deposit has been credited; otherwise it may be cancelled.
The remaining balance and refundable security deposit of CZK 4,000 must be paid no later than one day before arrival to the same bank account used for the deposit.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
For cancellations 45 days or more before arrival, the deposit is fully refundable.
For cancellations 30-44 days before arrival, 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
For cancellations 0-29 days before arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.

Places within a 30-minute drive
Říčky ski resort in the Orlické Mountains, Pastviny reservoir, Church of St. John of Nepomuk, Kopeček sheltered workshops, pilgrimage Church of the Assumption of the Virgin Mary and the border crossing into Poland.
Zemská brána
One of the most beautiful places on the Divoká Orlice river, with a stone bridge and a rocky river section. A 3 km educational trail follows the river from here. The site is about 5 km from the cottage.
Anenský vrch lookout tower
The freely accessible Anna lookout tower stands on Anenský vrch at an altitude of 991 m and is 17 m high. The easiest routes lead along the red hiking trail from the Mezivrší car park or from Panské pole near Hanička fortress. It is about 10 km from the cottage.
Hanička artillery fortress
Hanička was built between 1936 and 1938 as part of the Czechoslovak border fortifications. From the second half of the 1970s it was secretly converted into a nuclear shelter. The fortress is about 7 km from the cottage.
